2. Q: Why stainless steel faucets or shower sets?
a. Steel - The selection of this material, uncommon in the faucets and faucets field, is due to the advantages which the steel faucets have compared to the traditional brass production.
b. Steel is a particularly resistant material which provides the certainty of realizing long lasting products which allow us to provide a 30 year warranty.
c. It is also an extremely hygienic material, widely used in the food sector as well because it does not release toxic substances. Moreover, it does not suffer corrosion processes due to salty or calcareous water.
d. Finally, steel is an ecological material because both the production process and the finished product do not release substances into the environment which are toxic or harmful to humans, and it is also easily recyclable.

We are a factory. We produce 304 and 316 stainless steel sanitary wares like faucets, shower sets, valves, and sinks.

A: Our factory is located in No.68 Qiuyuehu Street, Shenbei New District, Shenyang, Liaoning province, China. All our clients are warmly welcome to visit us!
5. Q: What is the material of your products?
A: The material is SUS 304 or 316 stainless steel.
6. Q: Can I get some samples?
A: Totally 1 to 2 pieces free samples can be offered only if you pay for the freight.
7. Q: Can I get some test samples?
A: Yes, test samples can be offered too. You pay for the sample fees and freight and we will arrange samples for testing. And sample fees will be return back to your account after you place the orders.
8. Q: What is the MOQ of your products?
A: Normally 500pcs per style, but we would like to grow up with our potential customers and give better solutions for the specific markets based on our experience, so we would like to say it depends.
9. Q: How long is your lead time?
A: For RTS, 7-15 days. For OEM or ODM, 45-60 days.
10. Q: How about the quality control?
A: "Quality is priority.'' Inspections will be well applied during every procedure of production.
11. Q: How should I pay?
A: We accept T/T, or LC. For T/T, 30% in advance, and the balance against the copy of Bill.
